About Me

I love and care about what I do. My objective is to combine creativity, passion and professionalism in the dishes and services I provide. Entertaining guests? Well RELAX, Dacy's Gourmet Kitchen will do the catering. Let me do the hard part and take care of feeding your guests. I will eliminate the pressure that is associated with catering your next special event.
At Dacy's Gourmet Kitchen my mission is to bring people together by offering my clients freshly made, healthy, delicious and well-presented meals to satisfy any taste bud.
My vision is do my part for this generatation and other generations to come by adopting the right tools, resources and practices needed to achieve a sustainable today and tomorrow. Tools such as sustainable food products with increased focus on local and seasonal purchasing, food processing, packaging, selling as well as material recycling and waste management.

Meet The Chef/Owner

Born in Jamaica, I fell in love with food at the tender age of 7, however I ventured into other waters such as Business Management and Social Work. After over 13 years, I finally answered my true calling and passion for food! In September of 2018 I made the decision to attend culinary school to hone my skills, and enrolled in The School of Hospitality, Recreation and Tourism in the Culinary Management Program at Humber College.  I graduated with honours at the top of my class. With many early childhood memories and experiences with food I have a strong foundation and continues to learn and grow as a Chef.  I specialize in gourmet, healthy home cooking, meal planning, recipe developing, food styling and food photography. I express my love for food in the meals I have created by fusing my Jamaican culture with other cuisines.
